Her infectious energy inspires clients and peers alike. She invites clients to join in the creative process as they play a key role in the design team. Some might call it intuition; but her clients will tell you, "She just gets it!"

 

Elaine believes that it boils down to one thing: listening. By carefully listening, clearly communicating, and understanding the myriad of diverse goals, she has succeeded in building relationships with an impressive list of clients

Lou finds pleasure in both the creative aspect of her work and in the client relationship.

Gathering inspiration from her South Carolina roots to her casual California lifestyle, Lou blends these two worlds to ensure that even the most modern of spaces feels warm and inviting.

Twenty years of experience in the field has nurtured Colleen's passion for design that is equal to her commitment of ensuring a job well done.

As described by her peers, Colleen is someone who is diligent, thorough, and also very talented. Her qualified eye for color and materials is exceptional, which is highly valued at ECHO.

Colleen made a name for herself on numerous extensive Nordstrom projects, where she worked closely with Elaine. This is where Elaine and Colleen established their dynamic as a team.

Still based in Seattle, Colleen represents ECHO in the Northwest and extends the reach of the team. She feels that the integrity of both her work and her word are the most vital tools she has in her kit!

Throughout Jessica's young life, while her friends spent time finding passion in other things, Jessica developed an eye for design.

 

Being the beneficiary of her mothers skills and services, she found a niche for graphic composition. Between her verbal and graphic skills, Jessica allows projects to shine in person, and in print.

 

In addition to being ECHO's marketing & sales director, she is behind the scenes to ensure that projects are well organized when it comes to the fine details.

 

Jessica understands the true importance and possibilities of networking, but above all, whether she's wearing a marketing hat or a project organization hat, her emphasis is on simply, and effectively, communicating.
