Welcome to the Metate Residence, where the challenge was twofold for this couple: remodeling what was once a dated and cold environment into a timeless, sophisticated, contemporary showpiece home, in just 4 months! To meet this challenge, ECHO honed in on several key strategies:

Material Upgrades: We swiftly upgraded and refreshed key materials, opting for stone in lieu of carpet in the great room and revamping cabinet fronts rather than rebuilding entirely - swift execution without compromising quality.

Enhanced Layout and Flow: We curated distinct zones in the vast great room to foster interaction and highlight the breathtaking views. From a cozy gathering area with a sizable TV to a chic bar zone, complete with swivel seating for optimal mingling, each space was meticulously designed to maximize functionality and allure.

Resourceful Furniture Repurposing: By repurposing existing furniture and skillfully reupholstering pieces, we seamlessly integrated cherished items into the refreshed aesthetic, maintaining momentum without sacrificing style.

Strategic Focal Points: We crafted captivating focal walls in every room, ensuring a clear design hierarchy and creating memorable wow moments throughout the home.
